Gravesham Borough Council has successfully been awarded Heritage Lottery Funding for an exciting new heritage project called Talking the Walk.

‘Talking the Walk’ is an audio project recording the history of three heritage locations within the borough namely New Tavern Fort, Milton Chantry and a walking tour of the Town and Riverside area.

The audio guides offer visitors an engaging and interactive experience with informative commentary together with exciting versions for children.

The project has been completed through a process of collecting knowledge, learning and participation with local school children and heritage community members.
