The Windmill Tavern

The Windmill Tavern lies at the foot of Shrubbery Road. It was constructed in 1789 and is notable for the side chimney stacks and its mansard roof.
At the back of the building are bowling greens, tennis courts and the war memorial to the dead of two world wars.
